·    Issue necessary instructions to Technicians, Machine Operators as required for carrying out the job

·    Follow up with sales for job delivery schedule

·    Arrange collection and delivery as required by sales team / customer

·    Provide identification on customer property as per company policy

·    Make quotations for jobs as required by walk in customers / sales engineers

·    Follow up with customers regarding the approval of jobs and all their requirements

·    Follow up with vendors for all outsourced job & issuing LPOs.

·    Responsible for the workshop operators' discipline and attendance, as well as plan their working schedules

·    Making delivery note when delivering any jobs or material

·    Administering client accounts
